Questions
Who counts as a member?
Everyone in your club’s member list: adults, children and people you have invited who have not answered yet. Guests at an event and coaches who are not members do not count.
What happens when we grow past the limit?
Nothing is taken away. You can keep using everything, but you cannot add more members until you move up a level. We tell the club’s admins when you get close.
How do we move up a level?
In VreeYou, under Settings → Plan. You pay through Stripe, a payment company, by card or direct debit. You can change level or cancel there at any time.
What happens if we stop paying?
Your club goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted. You can still read and change everything. You cannot add members over 30, and your members can no longer pay online.
Do our members pay anything to VreeYou?
No. Only the club pays VreeYou. Online payments have the payment company’s own fee per payment, which the club pays, as with any payment terminal. See Stripe’s prices.
Where is our data kept, and who can see it?
On servers in [country, in the European Union — check where your VPS is]. Only your club’s members see your club, each according to their role. We process your members’ data on your behalf, under a data processing agreement. See the privacy policy.
Can we try it first?
Yes. Start free and use every feature with up to 30 members, for as long as you like.
