Everything a club needs, nothing it does not

One application for the board, the treasurer, the coaches and the volunteers. Every plan has every feature; the plans differ only in how many members you have and how they pay.

Members

  • One list of members, with search.

  • Children have no e-mail address of their own. Their parents or guardians get their mail, answer for them and pay their invoices.

  • Roles for each person: owner, admin, technical commission, coach and member. Everyone sees what their role allows, and nothing more.

  • Invite people by e-mail. They fill in their own details and choose their own password.

Training

  • Training programs with weekly times, inside the hall bookings the club already has.

  • Call off a session, and tell the players by e-mail if you want.

  • Attendance for each session: present, absent or excused.

  • A calendar link for every member, with their own training and events, for Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar.

  • Players pay for their place in a program through an invoice.

Events

  • Matches, tournaments, camps, trips and club nights.

  • Invitations with Going, Maybe and Declined, a reply-by date and a reminder, and a waiting list when the event is full.

  • Guests, tasks for helpers, messages to everyone invited, and an attendance register.

  • An event can have a price, and the invoices follow the answers.

Teams

  • Squads with players, coaches and managers, kept per season, so last season’s squad stays readable.

  • A link to the team’s page at the federation for the schedule and the results.

Venues and bookings

  • The halls and fields the club uses, its bookings of them, and the days the club is closed.

  • Turn a booking into a bill from the venue’s owner.

Equipment

  • A catalogue of the club’s equipment: shirts with a number, balls, nets, shuttles.

  • Who has what on loan, defects and repairs, and stock that warns when it runs low.

Money

  • Membership plans per month, quarter, half year or year. Terms renew and invoices go out by themselves.

  • Invoices to sponsors, and bills from suppliers.

  • Online payment (Basic and Pro): a Pay button on every invoice, and a pay link in the invoice e-mail. The money goes straight to the club’s own account at Stripe, and every payment, fee and payout is booked automatically.

  • Double-entry books with a chart of accounts you can change, opening balances and closing the year.

  • Balance sheet, income statement and trial balance, to print or download as CSV.

Your club, your look

  • The club’s name and logo at the top of every page.
